Quartz: $95/ week: 6 meals (lunch/dinners) per week.
Includes a monthly check-in with a coach, daily workout programming (bodybuilding, free weights, bodyweight, and sweat/HIIT), and free delivery.
Foods will be simple lean meat, starchy carb, and veggies. Only grass-fed, organic, and high quality olive oil/ butter/avocado oil will be used.
Minimal variety during the week. Menu will change each week.
